La Mano Poderosa Racetrack is a multimedia sculptural installation that combines Puerto Rican folklore with consumer fantasy in an interactive Hot Wheels racing competition. Hot Wheels racing was a consumer phenomenon in Puerto Rico that became a wide spread social pastime, producing record-breaking sales for Mattel Corporation.

In La Mano Poderosa Racetrack, viewers compete in a race from the Stigmata Starting Gate of the All-Powerful Hand to the Sacred Heart Finish Line, where finalists compete to win coveted Golden Plátano-Mobile Trophies.
